Maintaining Your Vehicle

Review your Owner's Manual. Not every vehicle is the same and it is important to know what your car's manufacturer recommends when is comes to periodic maintenance and tune-ups. If you don't have a manual, dealerships can usually provide one for a small fee.

Keep records of your repairs and servicing. This will give your mechanic a snapshot of the car's history and may help generate a higher trade-in or resale value.

Replace the air filter about every two months or when dirty. This protects the engine from airborne contamination.
